Hello!

I'm Delia St.Louis M.S.Ed. I grew up on the island of Grenada West Indies. I left the Caribbean at nineteen to attend university in NYC and to explore the world. Feeling like a citizen of the world, I now live in New Mexico with my family and our dog Bella.

As an elementary school teacher, I know very well the struggles and challenges that your child navigate day after day. As a parent I remember how hard it was for me to send my young children off to school. Every day, I hoped they felt strong enough to navigate the stress of the outside world.

It's been eighteen years since my first kindergartener went off to school.  Now, my focus is on helping children (5-8) cultivate an inner world with daily practices that repair, replenish and reset their confidence so they don't burn out on stress and overwhelm.
