Hi!

I'm Delia St.Louis M.S.Ed 

I specialize in teaching children creative tools and practices to help them regulate during challenging experiences, repair hurt feelings and refocus for better learning outcomes. 

I'm an elementary school teacher and the founder of Learning Without The Noise. My classroom teaching experience dates back to 1999 in the New York City Public Schools and later starting in 2013 at Albuquerque Public Schools. I've  also partnered with Family Focus Center in Albuquerque and Santa Fe Opera to teach Learning Without The Noise practices to students at schools in the community. 

Learning Without The Noise is a way of life. Every tool and practice is designed to inspire children to unlock their full potential during learning. I offer a unique wellness program that teaches children creative tools to transform learning experiences and boost learning outcomes. Beyond the classroom, I empower teachers and parents with the tools and knowledge to facilitate the exercises, creating a supportive environment where children thrive.
